Ever wonder how live theatre is created?

The Hope for Home summer workshop for adults launches June 13, and culminates in a performance of the play on Aug. 12.

Theatre Burlington, with support from the City of Burlington Arts and Culture fund, is running the workshop designed for adults to learn the ropes, from play
selection all the way through to a live performance in front of an audience.

Participants will have the opportunity to experience all aspects of the creative process in the five-week session, either on stage or behind he scenes.

Registration is limited to 20 participants; depending on demand, a parallel workshop will be offered starting June 15 with a performance on Aug. 10.

Participants can register by calling the Theatre Burlington box office at 905-639-7700.

The cost to participate is $25 and includes all materials, as well as a one year membership to Theatre Burlington.
