IN PHOTOS: Aldershot lights it up for the holidays

Music, food, vendors and a visit from Santa ring in the festive season

The Aldershot BIA officially kicked off the holiday season Saturday evening, with the lighting of the giant tree on Plains Road. 

The festivities included hot dogs, live entertainment, a vendors' market and, of course, a visit from Santa. The Halton Regional Police Service was also on hand, collecting food donations for local agencies.
