A Burlington resident is facing charges after one person was killed in a side-by-side crash in the Kearney area, near Parry Sound.
Emergency crews were called to the single-vehicle crash on Rain Lake Road at around 4:40 p.m. Saturday.
Ontario Provincial Police say the off-road vehicle had been carrying four people at the time.
A 40-year-old and 36-year-old from Hamilton did not require medical attention, but a 39-year-old from Hamilton was airlifted to hospital where they died of their injuries.
Julian Desrochers, 35, has been charged with operation causing death and operation while impaired - blood alcohol concentration (over 80 mg).
The accused is scheduled for a bail hearing today.
