Drury Lane stages 50th anniversary season of musical theatre

Drury Lane Theatrical Productions has announced its 50th Anniversary season with four classics for 2024-25. 

Don't miss the family musical Irving Berlin’s Holiday Inn in November 2024; the annual Christmas Pantomime, Beauty and the Beast in December 2024; the 44th annual Music Hall variety show in February and March 2025 and Broadway musical, A Gentleman’s Guide to Love and Murder in May 2025.

All are combined to celebrate Drury Lane’s 50th season as it continues to "warm your heart with music, dance and humour", Burlington's musicial theatre group said in a release.

"Drury Lane aspires to create memorable musical theatre for audiences, artists and volunteers while contributing to Burlington’s arts and culture scene by continually providing high calibre theatre experiences," the group added. 

Series (3 pack) tickets for Holiday Inn, Music Hall and A Gentleman’s Guide to Love and Murder are now on sale. 

Orders received on or before May 15 will be processed with renewals receiving early first choice seating.

On Saturday, June 8, the second annual Drury Lane YAC (Young Artist Competition) hits the stage. Select winners of this competition for youth aged 21 and under will be invited to perform at the Drury Lane Awards Nite.
