Gallery: Burlington Art Walk makes a splash at Burloak Park

About 30 creators shared their passion - despite some unplanned showers from Mother Nature

A little rain didn't dampen the artistic vibes at Burloak Park Saturday afternoon (Aug. 26).

Despite an unscheduled dousing from Mother Nature, the 2023 Burlington Art Walk went on as planned, with about 30 artists showing their creations and running interactive art experience stations throughout the park.

Now in its third year, the Art Walk was launched by the Elizabeth Gardens Creative Collective to share art with the community. It is run by a volunteer board and receives funding from the City of Burlington's Arts and Culture Fund.

Freelance photographer Peter McCusker braved the showers to get some great shots of all the fun.
