A Guelph woman has been charged with impaired following a collision in Acton.
Around 3:40 a.m. on Friday (April 26), Halton Police responded after a vehicle collided with an unoccupied parked vehicle in the area of Church and John streets.
As a result of its investigation, police charged a 38-year-old from Guelph with operation while impaired by alcohol.
Halton Regional Police no longer name individuals facing impaired charges.
