Gallery: Last call was bittersweet at Burlington's Queen's Head pub

Popular downtown eatery and watering hole turns off the lights for good

The final pints were drawn at Burlington's Queen's Head Pub Saturday, as guests and staff raised a glass to say goodbye to the popular downtown eatery.

Owner Ed Catley announced last month that Sept. 16 would be the final day of operations, citing lease issues as the reason for the closure.

Freelance photographer Peter McCusker attended the bittersweet farewell, and got terrific photos of some of the faces and features that will be missed.
