Police release image of suspects in September shoe store theft

Halton Regional Police Service released images of a man and woman suspected of stealing shoes at a Burlington store in September.

Halton police are looking for a man and a woman in connection with an alleged theft last September.

Police say the incident occurred on Sept. 29, 2022 at Emille Factory Shoe Outlet on Fairview Street, when the suspects allegedly stole of a pair of Timberland boots.

Police have released images and descriptions of the two suspects.

The male suspect was described as being Middle Eastern in appearance, approximately 5 feet 10 inches with black hair and weighting about 190 lbs. He was wearing sunglasses and had a balding spot on the back of his head. He appeared to be around 38 years old. He was wearing a grey Polo or Ralph Lauren sweater with black ripped denim jeans and boots.

The female suspect was described as Middle Eastern or white with long brown hair. She was approximately 5 feet 7 inches in height and 170 pounds in weight. The woman appeared to be around 30 years old and was wearing light wash denim jeans, a blue sweater, white and black Vans shoes and a carried a big brown purse.
