LETTER: Experience at Joseph Brant Hospital could not have been better

Village Media received the following letter about care at Joseph Brant Hospital.

I could not answer your health care questionnaire because my hip replacement surgery, Dec. 1, 2023, was my first trip to the hospital in 50 years.

I wanted to tell you that the experience could not have been better. My surgeon, Dr. Dzaja, was fantastic, friendly, kind, caring and excellent at surgery.

The staff at Joseph Brant Hospital were wonderful, efficient and caring also. I admit, I was terrified to have surgery but I would like everyone to know, how wonderful everyone was and how much I appreciate the care I received.
