Participants sought to welcome spring with community cleanup

Spring is coming and Partnering Aldershot wants their area to look its best.

Volunteers are needed to participate in the Partnering Aldershot community cleanup on Saturday, May 4 from 1 to 2:30 p.m.

Not part of a group planning a litter cleanup? Then gather family, friends or coworkers and come to Indian Creek parking lot at the far east end of Greenwood Drive (past Greenwood Cemetery).

It's fairly flat treed terrain that slopes to the creek.

Dress layered according to the weather and wear appropriate footwear. Bring fluids to keep hydrated.

Participants can win a draw prize.

BurlingtonGreen will be there to provide band and gloves.
