DAVIES, Doris (nee Depta)

January 14, 1941 - April 18, 2024

It is with heavy hearts we announce the passing of Doris Davies who passed away at Age Care Brant, on April 18, 2024, at the age of 83.

Reunited with her husband the late Robert Davies. Mother to Monica Owen of Hamilton and Wendy (Brett) Boles of Burlington. Grandmother to Caitlyn (Travis) Crowe, Lauren Evans, Matthew Owen and Jonathan Boles. Great-grandmother to Addison, Scarlett, Caden and Sienna. Sister to Norbert (the late Sharon) Depta. Always remembered by her many nieces, nephews and extended family and friends across Canada and Germany. As per Doris's wishes, and that of her family, a private cremation has taken place.

A Celebration of Life will be held at SMITH'S FUNERAL HOME, 1167 Guelph Line (one stop light north of QEW), BURLINGTON (905-632-3333), on Thursday June 27, 2024 from 4-6p.m. Private interment at Bayview Cemetery. If desired, in lieu of flowers, memorial contributions to the Alzheimer's Society of Canada would be sincerely appreciated by the family.
