HEBBARD, Ronald Bruce "Ron"

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the loss of our dearest Ron, who passed away peacefully at Juravinski Hospital, on Sunday, July 23, 2023, at the age of 78.

Reunited with his late companion and partner, Marilyn March (nee Keeler), who he had spent many happy years with. Cherished step-father to Janinne (Brad) King. Proud grandfather to Ashley (Alex), Amber-Lyn (Phil), and great-grandfather of Eloise and Aurora. Predeceased by his parents, Stanley and Alice Hebbard (nee MacDonald).

Forever in the hearts of his family and many long-time friends. Ron had a passion for the arts, and was actively involved in both professional and local community theatre, both at the Stratford theatre and Hamilton Place. Ron was a long-time member of IATSE Local 357. Ron may be gone from this world; however, he lives on in the stories and memories he has left with all those he touched during his lifetime.

The family would like to extend their sincere thanks to the doctors and nurses on 5F at Juravinski Hospital for their outstanding care and support.

Visitation at SMITH'S FUNERAL HOME, 485 Brant Street, (one block north of City Hall), BURLINGTON (905-632-3333), on Sunday July 30, 2023 from 3-6p.m., and on Monday July 31, 2023 from 9:30-10:30a.m., followed by an interment at Woodland Cemetery at 11a.m. If desired, in lieu of flowers, memorial contributions to a charity of your choice would be sincerely appreciated by the family.
