LETTER: Why does City of Burlington bother asking for feedback?

BurlingtonToday received the following letter about the city requesting feedback about what should be done to improve local parks.

I don’t know why the city is wanting feedback for these two parks, as they asked us in Aldershot  to give feedback about our Teal Park over a year ago, and nothing has changed or improved at our park since then. 

We are lucky if it gets the grass cut every two weeks. No one ever cleans the overgrowth of weeds out from around the swings unless I complain to the city about it. 

I only wish that someone could actually follow through with what they started.
