BrokerLink acquires of All-Risks Insurance Burlington

BrokerLink continues to grow in Ontario with the asset acquisition of the Solutions Financial PCC Inc. o/a All-Risks Burlington (“All-Risks Insurance”) on Oct. 1, 2023, and the share acquisitions of Dowhaniuk Insurance Brokers Inc. (“Dowhaniuk Insurance”) and Heinsoo Insurance Brokers Ltd. (“Heinsoo Insurance”) each on Nov. 1, 2023.

These three acquisitions expand BrokerLink’s well-established footprint in the Greater Toronto Area.
