Older adults can register to learn about fares, Presto cards, and routes on Sept. 14 at the Burlington Libary.

Older adults wanting to get around Burlington using public transit can hop on board for a free presentation at the Central Burlington Public Library.

The hands-on session teaches visitors about routes, schedules, fares, Presto cards and special features of the buses. The session is followed by a bus ride where participants can use the skills they just learned.

The Let’s Ride the Bus event takes place Sept. 14 at 1 p.m. at the Burlington Public Library's Central Branch.

This event is free to attend, but registration is required.

For more information, and to register, visit the Burlington Public Library website.
