LeBLANC, Polly Ann (Wilson)

September 3rd, 1959 - April 16th, 2024

It is with heavy hearts we announce the loss of our dearest Polly Ann who passed away at her home in Burlington, on Tuesday, April 16, 2024, at the age of 64. Cherished mother to the late Bradley Michaud (2020) as well as Kimberley (Ronald) Waller. Proud grandmother to Tarin, Caleb and Oliver. Forever in the heart of her brother Richard (Bonnie) Wilson.

Always remembered by her extended family and friends across Canada. Predeceased by her mother Barbara Morrell (nee Bishop) as well as her siblings Allen Wilson and Vanessa Amirault. Polly Ann may be gone from this world; however, she lives on in the stories and memories she has left with all those she touched during her lifetime.

As per Polly Ann's wishes, and that of her family, a private cremation has taken place. If desired, in lieu of flowers, memorial contributions to the Hamilton/Burlington SPCA would be sincerely appreciated by the family.
