Missing man is likely on foot in Burlington, say police

The Halton Regional Police Service (HRPS) is seeking the public’s assistance is locating a missing Burlington man.

Oneil Ramkissoon (45) of Burlington was last seen on the evening of Jan. 14, 2024, in the area of Skyview Drive and the North Service Road in Burlington. 

Oneil is described as:

  • Male
  • Brown skin
  • Approximately 170 cm (5’6) tall, 82 kgs (180 lbs) with a medium build
  • Short black hair and brown eyes
  • Believed to wearing a grey winter coat and grey shoes

Oneil is vulnerable and police and his family are concerned for his well-being. Oneil is likely in foot and there is particular concern for his well-being with the cold temperatures.

Anyone with information about Oneil or his possible whereabouts is asked to contact police through 9-1-1 or via the non-emergency line at 905-825-4777.
