On Thursday the 13 of July I travelled from Terceira (Portugal) on my own.
One of your residents, I think she told me her name was Jacinda, was so kind and thoughtful.
Being a senior, and my legs are not 100 per cent, I was so grateful for the help I received from this gracious lady and her partner.
At Lester Pearson Airport I received transportation to Customs, etc. in a wheelchair; she was with me all the way until I was taken down in an elevator. I tried locating her at the baggage carousel but had no luck.
I wish that I could thank her for her help. Maybe if you print this she would see it.
We need more good people like herself and her partner.
Thank you,
Elizabeth Solomon, Scarborough
