Canada-USA hockey rivalry alive and well in 80+ Hall of Fame series

When it comes to competitive fun, Burlington matchup this week was right up there with the Vancouver 2010 final

Burlington is well represented on the  hockey stage, as players such as Shane Wright and  Josh Anderson have made it to the NHL in recent years. But another group of players is making the rounds in a different way.

The 80+ Hockey Hall of Fame, a group from Ottawa that recognizes hockey players of a certain vintage, held its annual international series between Canada and the U.S. this week at the Appleby Ice Centre. Though the USA took the two-game series 2-0, fans and family members enjoyed every minute.
