Food donations needed to help others enjoy Easter, Ramadan meals

A food collection effort this week for special Easter and Ramadan meals seeks to make the coming holidays a little brighter for the needy.

The collection is organized by the Partnering Aldershot Food Collection Committee.

Donations can be dropped off tomorrow (Wednesday) at St. Matthew on-the-Plains, 126 Plains Rd. E., from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m.

The collection is in support of the Burlington Food Bank.
